A man was shot and critically wounded Tuesday near Little Tokyo in downtown Los Angeles and police have no information on the shooter.
The gunfire was reported at 2:04 a.m. near Sixth Street and Stanford Avenue, according to Officer S. Landeros of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division.
The man was shot in the jaw and police said the bullet may have exited through his neck. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition as officers searched for witnesses to the shooting, Landeros said.
