A float representing the ABC dating series “The Bachelor” will be part of the Tournament of Roses Parade New Year’s Day, the
network announced Monday.
The float will feature quintessential “Bachelor” symbols — Champagne flutes, “The Bachelor” mansion facade, a hot tub, sculptured wedding bands and hearts — covered in thousands of roses of different varieties, along with a multitude of other types of flowers and seeds, according to ABC.
Corn husks from the Iowa farm of Chris Soules, the bachelor for the 19th edition of the series, which will begin in January, will also be incorporated into the float design.
Soules and “Bachelor” franchise host Chris Harrison will be aboard the float, along with married couples from the franchise, who will be announced later.
