Saint Sebastian School believes that traditional classroom instruction is enriched though technology, and their expanded tech offerings include flat-screen computers, smart boards, up-to-date software, and Internet access, along with their iPad 2 program. Through aggressive fundraising efforts that began last year, St. Sebastian has reached its initial goal of having an iPad 2 for every student in grades 5 – 8, and they currently have 6 iPad 2s per classroom in grades K-4. They continue to work toward the final goal of an iPad 2 for every single student in grades K – 8.
The faculty and staff at St. Sebastian integrate technology into the curriculum to help students develop the skills necessary to meet the challenges of the modern world.
