Project Green Search Modeling Competition

Project Green Search has evolved over the last few weeks into a full fledged search for the next green it girl: The woman who wants to take a stand, get noticed, and align her career endeavors with her personal beliefs, to be an advocate for the environment, animal welfare, fair trade, and human rights.

Come meet our contestants who are now live on http://www.projectgreensearch.com
and help us pick the top 10 finalists who will travel to Los Angeles to interview with our judges.

Meet Project Green Search judges:

– Josie Maran, professional model and founder of her namesake natural beauty line, Josie Maran Cosmetics;

– Anna Griffin, founder and editor in chief of Coco Eco magazine

Our winner will be a spokesperson, host, brand ambassador and all around green model citizen, for progressive, ethical companies, from sustainable fashion & organic beauty to electric cars & solar panels.
The finals will be held at the Hollywood Standard Hotel on Sunset Blvd, in Los Angeles, CA, on November 5th.

On November 4th, our top ten finalists will participate in a green photo shoot at Courtney Dailey Photography Studios in the heart of the new, busling green fashion district of downtown LA. While the 2009 competition period will close on October 11, 2009, women interested in working within the green space are encouraged to continue to register. Project Green Search will continue on after the 2009 finals, towards 2010, serving as a platform to connect inspired, committed, passionate people with green business opportunities and organizations.
