With construction underway on Ten Thousand, a 40-story luxury high-rise residential tower at the edge of Century City and Beverly Hills, artist renderings have been released, enabling all to get a taste of real-estate-brand Crescent Height’s vision.
Set to open this summer, Ten Thousand will feature 283 two- and three-bedroom residences with dramatic floor-to-ceiling vistas of Los Angeles, from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown and the Hollywood Hills, according to the developers.
Many residences will offer private balconies, and all units will feature designer kitchens, stone finishes, open floor plans, spacious California closets, and two-and-a-half baths, the developers said.
Designed by Handel Architects and Shamir Shah Design, the building is slated to feature modern influences, iconic architecture, and dynamic design throughout, including an art-infused first floor lobby and a signature sloped roof – a striking departure from the surrounding area’s flat-top buildings.
Centered on the second and third floor and totaling 75,000 square feet, the amenity spaces will host fitness, fashion and culinary experiences designed to meet every whim of its residents through exclusive partnerships with some of Los Angeles’ most iconic brands, according to the developers.
Ten Thousand features are set to include an indoor/outdoor resident’s lounge, chef’s kitchen, and private cabanas for year-round entertaining; a state-of-the-art fully-staffed fitness center designed by Jay Wright; three exercise studios, Pilates room and indoor and outdoor pools including ion filtration system; videoconference rooms; a private theater; groundbreaking residential technology for round-the-clock, on-demand convenience; personalized concierge services, onsite lifestyle manager and details-obsessed staff trained to preemptively meet any need and act as each resident’s personal assistant; luxury vehicles with on-call personal drivers; and an inimitable private park with tranquil landscaped gardens covering a full acre with access to an outdoor chef’s kitchen and tennis court.
“Ten Thousand is a symbol of elegance that fully values our residents’ most important asset – time. Predictive services coupled with impeccable amenities will enable residents to maximize their quality of life without worrying about everyday hassles,” said Roman Speron, Regional Manager for Crescent Heights. “Located at arguably the most iconic corner for fashion and entertainment in our country, Ten Thousand will be distinctly unique and unmatched in its offerings. We look forward to introducing Ten Thousand to the Los Angeles market, and revealing more details and exciting new collaborations as we draw closer to our grand opening later this year.”
Situated at the entrance to one of the top office markets on the West Coast, home to many elite entertainment agencies and businesses, and directly adjacent to the Los Angeles Country Club, Ten Thousand residents will also live within walking distance to Westfield Century City which will soon debut a $800 million reimagining that will include the introduction of Nordstrom to the area along with Tom Ford, Armani and the first California branch of Eataly.
Located at 10000 Santa Monica Boulevard, Ten Thousand is set to debut later this year.
