Wet and windy conditions will continue throughout the weekend in Los Angeles, and will spill over into next week as well.
Today’s forecast calls for showers and a slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms, especially in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. The wind will be from the south at around 15 miles an hour. Today’s highs will only reach the low to mid 60s.
The chance of measurable rain is 50 percent today, and 20 percent tonight and Sunday, when there is also a slight chance of more thunderstorms.
The National Weather Service predicts dryer and warmer conditions Tuesday and Wednesday before another storm system moves into the area on Thursday.
