The girls of Archer had a sweet time hanging out with pop culture humorist and TV personality Charles Phoenix, who visited the school Friday, Dec. 11 to judge the Edible Holiday Tree creation competition.
Four teams competed against each other to make the tastiest tree yet. Trees that would make Marie Antoinette proud were made out of confections like French macaroons, marshmallows, fruits, sour candies, donut holes, and more. Charles Phoenix assessed the 30-minute tree building competition himself, crowning the team with the sweetest tree he claimed would be perfect for the White House.
