Beverly Hills Country Club Adds Two Industry Veterans To Its Executive Team

The Beverly Hills Country Club (The Club) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hervé Lévy, CCM and Teresa MacPherson as General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage, respectively. Both executives will help to enhance The Club as it looks forward to major renovations following its recent acquisition by Singerman Real Estate and Meriwether Companies.

Hervé Lévy, CCM is a French native who graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in the renowned Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Biarritz, France.  Mr. Levy began his career in the hotel industry including at the L’Auberge Resort and Spa in Del Mar, and the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington.  In 2006, he transitioned to country clubs, serving as the Assistant General Manager at the Altadena Town and Country Club, Clubhouse Manager at the Carriage Club in Kansas City, among other positions held. Most recently, he was the Assistant General Manager of Santa Ana Country Club.
Lévy will be responsible for coordinating the development of The Club’s operational plan including the development of operating and capital budgets, as well as ensuring that high standards are met for food and beverage, sports & recreation and club services. He will also guide all of The Club’s personnel toward delivering optimal results, exceptional service and member satisfaction.
Teresa MacPherson brings over a decade of catering experience at many unique venues around Los Angeles including the Standard Hotel, Viceroy Hotel, Bel Air Bay Club and most recently, local hotspot Joans on Third. MacPherson has experience running small and large private events including red carpet premieres, film shoots, launch parties and more.
MacPherson will oversee the 30 member kitchen and banquet staff to ensure a positive guest experience. She is doing a complete menu overhaul for the on-site restaurant and catering facilities, which will focus on locally sourced and grown ingredients. The Club’s anticipated new lunch menu will feature more traditional gastropub faire while the dinner menu will focus on every day favorites and California fusion.
