A woman who alleges Bill Cosby took advantage of her at the Playboy mansion in 2008 plans to tell Los Angeles police today that Cosby took her to a bedroom where she passed out and later came to with him licking her toes.
Chloe Goins was 18 at the time, according to published reports.
TMZ.com reported that she and attorney Spencer Kuvin were at LAPD headquarters this morning.
Goins alleges that after she may have been drugged, she awoke naked in a bed, and Cosby was half-naked, licking her toes and masturbating. An LAPD spokesperson declined the opportunity to confirm or deny the TMZ report.
Goins, one of more than 20 women who have accused Cosby of drugging them and sexually assaulting them, went public with her claim in December.
In mid-December, Los Angeles County prosecutors declined to file charges against Cosby over allegations that he sexually assaulted one of attorney Gloria Allred’s clients, Judy Huth. Huth claims Cosby assaulted her at the Playboy mansion in 1974 when she was 15 years old. The statute of limitations had expired.
