USC wide receiver Nelson Agholor has announced he will skip his senior year and enter the NFL draft, according to USC’s athletic department.
Agholor caught 104 passes in 2014, the third-highest total in Trojan football history. His four punt returns for touchdowns this season set a school record.
“These three years at USC have been a blessing, along with a lot in my life,” Agholor said. “I am very grateful to have had the coaches and staff members of this prestigious university in my life.
“Because of these men and women, I feel prepared to follow my dreams into the NFL,” he said.
Coach Steve Sarkasian thanked Agholor for his contribution to the USC football program.
“He had an outstanding career and will always be a Trojan,” Sarkasian said.
Algholor was born in Nigeria and moved with his family to the U.S. when he was 5. He grew up in Florida.
