The crash occurred at 11:55 p.m. Saturday on the onramp from the eastbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway at Sepulveda Boulevard, said CHP Officer Pete Bishop.
Witnesses told the CHP other vehicles collided trying to avoid the downed motorcycle rider, according to entries on the CHP website.
The motorcyclist was a man, said coroner’s Lt. Ryan Hays. He had not yet been identified.
The eastbound Glenn Anderson onramp was shut down about an hour for the investigation and cleanup, according to the CHP.
