Service on the major subway line in Los Angeles was disrupted for a half hour today by a power supply problem, delaying trains by about 10 minutes each.
Metro reported the glitch on the Red Line at the Vermont/Santa Monica Station at about 8 a.m. It caused trains to be delayed about 10 minutes in both directions.
The problem was traced to electrical issues, and was fixed in about 40 minutes, according to Metro officials speaking via the agency’s Twitter feed.
