A home owned by Heidi Klum in the Brentwood Country Estates and described as having a fireplace from Napoleon’s farmhouse has hit the market, according to a real estate website and multiple news reports.

Klum, 41, is reportedly asking $25 million for an estate that includes eight bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and about 12,300 square feet of living space. The property reportedly sits in about eight acres, has a Mediterranean theme, and features ocean views, cigar and wine tasting rooms, a pool, and an Italian rose garden.

Listed as the Heidi Klum Estate, the home was purchased by the model and her ex-husband, Seal, in 2010 for $14.2 million, according to news reports.

The home was apparently built in 1999.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Klum is currently renovating a Bel Air home she purchased in 2013.

Lynn Teschner of The Agency is listed as the contact for the estate’s sale.

A model and television host, Klum has appeared as an actor in productions such as 54, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, and Parks and Recreation. She also portrayed her self in films and shows such as Spin City, Zoolander, Sex and the City, and How I Met Your Mother, among others.

Born in Germany, Klum won a modeling competition in 1992 and eventually was featured on the covers of major magazines such as Elle and Vogue before becoming a household name thanks to appearing on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Klum has also been associated with Victoria’s Secret. She was most recently married to singer Seal, though the couple reportedly divorced in 2012.

She is currently a judge on America’s Got Talent, an entertainment-themed reality show on NBC. Klum also hosted Project Runway.
