Charles Dunn Company, one of the largest full-service regional real estate firms in the western United States, has named Mario Gallo as multi-unit investment specialist. In his new role, Gallo will focus on investment sales in portions of the Westside Los Angeles multifamily market.

Gallo brings more than 12 years of experience to Charles Dunn. He most previously served as a real estate consultant with SoCal Real Estate Ventures in Beverly Hills, Calif. Here he provided financing and loan structures to achieve strong returns for his clients, managing a book of business in excess of 1,200 property owners and investors.

“Mario is a dedicated and driven professional with proven success in sales as well as experience in property lending,” Darrell Levonian, executive managing officer with Charles Dunn Co.  stated. “We are pleased he is part of our thriving multi-unit brokerage team.”

Gallo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree International Relations & Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California (USC) and has been an active member and ambassador with the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce as well as numerous other Los Angeles-area networking groups.

“I chose Charles Dunn because of the firm’s strong reputation in the multi-unit property sector for the Westside market and throughout Los Angeles County,” Gallo said.

Charles Dunn Co. is one of the largest full-service regional real estate firms in the Western United States. Established in 1921 and headquartered in Los Angeles, the firm’s brokerage practice continues to be a market leader.

The firm also manages more than 21 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, residential and mixed-use properties for third party clients and provides construction management, architecture and design, general contracting and capital markets services.

With more than 260 team members in nine offices, Charles Dunn Co.’s reach extends far beyond its physical locations, as its experienced professionals leverage their market knowledge, relationships, and expertise to achieve and exceed client expectations. www.charlesdunn.com
