To live like Rihanna might cost you nearly $15 million, though the price tag does not include stalkers and trespassers. The Grammy-winning singer has placed her Pacific Palisades mansion on the market, according to Trulia.
Asking price: $14.995 million.
Rihanna has not lived in her Pacific Palisades residence since November 2013. Earlier in the year, an alleged stalker was reportedly arrested on the singer’s property.
There have been other attempts to break into the residence, stalk the singer, or trespass on the property, a report on Trulia.com about Rihanna placing her home on the market stated.
The singer reportedly moved into the home in December 2012. About 11 months later, Rihanna moved out and rented the house out for $65,000 per month, according to reports.
Since leaving the Palisades, Rihanna has reportedly moved into a New York penthouse. According to Caribbean360.com, the singer also purchased a $22 million beachfront villa in her native Barbados.
Back here in the Pacific Palisades, Rihanna’s home is located at 932 Rivas Canyon and features seven bedroom and eight full bathrooms. The single-family residence is 9,595 square feet in size.
The home was built in 2010 and, according to Trulia, is “reminiscent of a tropical villa.”
“A super-modern kitchen offers 14-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and a full bar. In addition to the pool and spa, the outdoor entertaining area offers a 6,000-square-foot garden area with outdoor BBQ, bar, and sundeck,” a statement on the listing issued by Trulia described of the home.
Rihanna was born in 1988. According to Forbes, Rihanna’s earnings through June 2013 were $43 million, thirteenth highest on the magazine’s Celebrity 100 list.
The singer has put out seven albums since debuting with “Music of the Sun” in 2005. She has also starred in a few movies, including Battleship and This Is The End. Later this year, she is slated to release her eighth album (unknown title) and star in her fourth film (Rome).
