If you have $18.3 million available and want to purchase one of the smelliest locations on the Westside, you are in luck. The building of The Stinking Rose restaurant in Beverly Hills, Calif., is reportedly up for sale.
According to Conroy Capital, the restaurant known for its garlic-themed food is going for $18,288,000.
There appears to be no stipulation the building continue to operate as The Stinking Rose, whose only other location is in San Francisco.
On the Conroy Capital website, the chance to purchase The Stinking Rose’s building is presented as “a wonderful and rare opportunity to own a large piece of Beverly Hills real estate.”
As of midnight on Feb. 20, the listing page for The Stinking Rose was viewed 216 times.

The Stinking Rose’s building, located at 55 North La Cienega Boulevard, was built in 1947.
Prior to The Stinking Rose, 55 North La Cienega Boulevard was home to Lawry’s. The prime rib restaurant and steakhouse later moved across the street to 100 North La Cienega Boulevard.
