If you have $18.3 million available and want to purchase one of the smelliest locations on the Westside, you are in luck. The building of The Stinking Rose restaurant in Beverly Hills, Calif., is reportedly up for sale.

According to Conroy Capital, the restaurant known for its garlic-themed food is going for $18,288,000.

There appears to be no stipulation the building continue to operate as The Stinking Rose, whose only other location is in San Francisco.

On the Conroy Capital website, the chance to purchase The Stinking Rose’s building is presented as “a wonderful and rare opportunity to own a large piece of Beverly Hills real estate.”

As of midnight on Feb. 20, the listing page for The Stinking Rose was viewed 216 times.

“The site is located on the famed ‘Restaurant Row’ in Beverly Hills surrounded by many renowned eateries and destinations,” the listing, posted by Brad Conroy, stated. “Additionally, the Metro Purple Line will soon have a stop just steps from the property, which will increase foot traffic and enhance the desirability of the location. This site is a real gem and would make a perfect site for a developer, investor, or owner-user. The possibilities are truly endless.

The Stinking Rose’s building, located at 55 North La Cienega Boulevard, was built in 1947.

Prior to The Stinking Rose, 55 North La Cienega Boulevard was home to Lawry’s. The prime rib restaurant and steakhouse later moved across the street to 100 North La Cienega Boulevard.
