A firm assisting business with federal regulation compliance has expanded its operations into Century City, it was announced earlier this month.
SEC Compliance, opened a new office at 2029 Century Park East (Fourteenth Floor), to service the area’s business districts and maintain its domestic operations.
The company provides services in disclosure management and regulatory compliance solutions and is a filing agency registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. According to its mission statement, SEC Compliance provides turnkey solutions for its clients’ regulatory requirements.
A key component of the firm’s services include compliance hosting and assisting clients stay current with registration requirements.
Other services SEC Compliance offers its clients include: annual reports, IPO documents, memorandums, mutual funds, prospectus supplements, proxy statements, registration statements, and the filing of several forms.
David McGuire heads SEC Compliance as its director, a capacity he has filled since January 2011.
