The Rams have generated plenty of buzz with their return to Southern California after 22 years, but the Oakland Raiders still aren’t ready to concede the Los Angeles market.
The Raiders and local hip-hop station KDAY 93.5 FM announced today that KDAY would be the exclusive FM radio station for Raiders games in Southern California. The station will broadcast the Raiders’ regular season and select postseason games.
“No other brand in SoCal speaks to the loyal Raiders Nation better than KDAY,” said Otto Padron, president of KDAY. ” … our sound, attitude and colors are a natural fit for this legendary pro-football franchise. We are very excited with this new NFL partnership and KDAY is the right destination to the more than two-million Raiders fans in our L.A. market.”
Raiders on KDAY will kick off Sept. 11 with a live broadcast from New Orleans.
Rams broadcasts can be heard on ESPNLA 710 AM and on The Sound 100.3 FM.
