Longtime Century City tenants Steptoe & Johnson law firm is consolidating its offices at its downtown Los Angeles premises after a decade in Century City.
In an interview with Big Law Business Los Angeles Managing Partner Jason Levin said the company plans to move to its new home before the July 4 weekend. He added that while the Century City office – located at 2121 Avenue of the Stars – was initially opened to make things more convenient for lawyers living on the Westside, “with two campuses, it was difficult to get people together and interact.”
The firm currently employs 17 attorneys in Los Angeles but is looking to recruit additional lawyers in toxic tort and environmental litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property and general commercial litigation.
