Yom HaShoah: Day of Holocaust Commemoration will be held Sunday, April 26, in Pan Pacific Park.
The ceremony of commemoration will begin at 2 p.m.
J.J. Goldberg, the editor at large of The Forward, will be the keynote speaker. Mayor Eric Garcetti will also speak.
Prior to the ceremony, Rabbi Shmuly Yanklowitz, executive director of Valley Beit Midrash, a Phoenix-based adult education program, will discuss “How To Talk To Your Children About the Holocaust” at 1 p.m.
Free bus transportation will be available from select Westside and San Fernando Valley locations.
