Dodgers playoff tickets go on sale

Dodgers
L.A. Dodgers playoff tickets are on sale.

Tickets for National League Division Series and Championship Series games at Dodger Stadium went on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, September 18, on the Los Angeles Dodgers website, Dodgers.com.

If the Dodgers have the best or second-best record of the league’s three division winners, they would open the Division Series at Dodger Stadium on Oct. 9, with Game 2 on Oct. 10. Game 5 of the best-of-five series, if necessary, would be played Oct. 15 at Dodger Stadium.

If the Dodgers have the worst record of the division winners, they would play host to Game 3 on Oct. 12 and Game 4, if necessary, on Oct. 13.

The National League Championship Series will begin Oct. 17. If the Dodgers advance and have a better record than their opponent or face the wild card team, they would play host to Games 1 and 2 Oct. 17-18, along with Games 6 and 7 (if necessary) Oct. 24-25.

If the Dodgers are a lower seed than their opponent, they would play host to Games 3 and 4, Oct. 20-21, and if necessary, Game 5 of the best-of- seven series on Oct. 22.

For all postseason games, tickets are not purchased for a specific date, but for a corresponding home game in each round. Times of the games will be announced later. Refunds will be issued for all games not played.

Parking can also be purchased today. Parking for the Division Series will be $15 in advance and $25 for general parking. League Championship Series parking is $20 in advance and $35 at the gate. Parking can be purchased in advance at dodgers.com/parking.

Details regarding the public sale of tickets for the World Series will be announced later.
