31-30 Football Opener Win for SMC

Santa Monica College (SMC) travelled to West Los Angeles College Saturday Sept. 2 for the opening football game of the season that they won 31-30. Santa Monica was behind for most of the game and came back twice.

With the win Santa Monica College moves to 1-0 and equals the total amount of wins from last year.

Left Shaquan Stridiron from the Santa Monica College football team and right teamate Chris Wein both reach out for the football after Wein partialy blocked the pass. Wein would eventually catch it for an interception
