
Meet your new neighbors: The Kardashian-Jenner’s are coming to Century City.
A trust that holds real estate for the family revealed that the reality TV stars bought a remodeled condominium in Century City for $1.655 million, The L.A. Times reported.
The condo, located at Century Hill, was advertised as turn-key ready, with home furnishings by Minotti Los Angeles.
Outfitted with French oak cabinets and limestone floors, the an eat-in kitchen keeps a wine cooler and breakfast bar.
The two-bedroom, four-bathroom unit features two balconies, including one off the master bedroom, which also has a steam shower and soaking tub in the bathroom, and a second fireplace.
The unit was originally listed in July for $1.675 million.
Dan Kolodziejski of Clement Partners Real Estate was the listing agent. Farrah Aldjufrie of The Agency repped the buyer.
Century Hill last made headlines in July 2014 when a parking structure collapsed, leaving its residents to find shelter elsewhere for at least that night.
