Chef David Lentz and Kris Longley Present a Menu to Showcase the Central Coast and Fischer’s Applauded Vintages
David Lentz’s seaside restaurant, The Hungry Cat in Santa Monica Canyon, welcomes Jeff Fischer, acclaimed winemaker of Habit Wine Company for an exclusive dinner celebrating the food and wine of the California Central Coast on July 14, 2015. Guests will experience a five course dinner paired with Habit wine selections. Winemaker Fischer will be present to meet guests and talk about the vintages throughout the evening. Seatings are a 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. and pricing is $100 per guest for menu and wines; taxes and gratuity excluded.

Chef /Owner David Lentz creates a new American Seafood sensibility inspired by his Maryland roots, incorporating sustainable, seasonal fish, shellfish and produce into his weekly changing menus.
