Another woman involved in the fatal Malibu car accident in February involving the former Bruce Jenner sued the ex-Olympian on Monday for personal injury.
Hollywood talent manager Jessica Marie Steindorff, who counts model Alessandro Ambrosio as a client, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court. The suit seeks unspecified damages.
A representative for Jenner could not be immediately reached.
Steindorff was driving a 2010 Toyota Prius that was allegedly rear-ended by Jenner in the Feb. 7 chain-reaction crash on Pacific Coast Highway that left Kim Howe of Calabasas dead.
According to sheriff’s deputies, Steindorff’s Prius was stopped on PCH when she was rear-ended by a white Lexus. Jenner’s black SUV with a trailer in tow then rear-ended the white Lexus, sending it into oncoming traffic, where it collided with a black hummer.
The driver of the Lexus, the 69-year-old Howe of Calabasas, died at the scene. Relatives of Howe have filed a separate suit against Jenner.
Jenner, who said he has long-suffered from gender-identify issues, is now known as Caitlyn Jenner. Jenner made her debut as a woman last week with a photo spread in Vanity Fair.
