Shots fired in Sawtelle area

A man with a gun fired shots in the Sawtelle area of West Los Angeles, according to CBS News.

According to CBS, officers reportedly saw the gunman around 9:45 p.m. Saturday at an apartment building on the corner of Rochester and Texas avenues.

The suspect may be on the second story of the building, possibly armed with a .40 caliber handgun.

LAPD are setting up a perimeter around the area.
