A man was in custody today for allegedly shooting to death a well-known tattoo artist during a fight in North Hollywood.
Robert Falcon, 31, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the killing of Michael Pebley, 40, of Tujunga, who was gunned down Oct. 9 in the 6300 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Pebley, also known as the tattoo artist Trigz, worked with artists such as Chris Brown.
Police said Falcon and Pebley got into an argument at a business and walked outside, where Falcon pulled out a gun and shot Pebley.
Falcon pleaded not guilty Thursday to murder charge, and he is due back in court Nov. 10, when a date is expected to be set for a hearing to determine if there is enough evidence for him to stand trial, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Falcon is jailed on $2 million bail.
