A man was injured today when he came into contact with live wires atop a building under construction in West Hollywood, a fire department dispatcher said.
It happened at around 2:40 p.m. at the corner of Melrose Avenue and Westmount Drive, according to Art Marrujo, supervising dispatcher with the Los Angeles County Fire Dept.
Firefighters removed the man from the roof and took him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but his condition was not available, Marrujo said.
