For the sixth year, Katten Munchin, one of Los Angeles’ largest firms shared the joy of the season with over fifty families including about 76 kids. The evening’s festivities included a magician, a taco buffet, and a cupcake corner for the younger ones to decorate, a fantasy face painter and best of all Santa’s workshop. Santa’s workshop is set up for everyone to make holiday cards and jewelry.
The kids, shy at first, since most have never met someone they watch regularly on the tv or the big screen, took to Rachele and Tyler in just minutes. They decorated cupcakes, indulged in some balloon sword battles and then helped Santa hand out gifts. “They’re truly delightful. I’m so glad they came out to help us tonight,” said Tanya Russell of Katten Munchin.
You forget how easy it is to add a little joy to those less fortunate. This holiday party was a perfect example!
