Our Thursday night menu included lots of farm fresh, seasonal options. For appetizers, we enjoyed the Crispy Marcho Farm Veal Tongue and Spired Heirloom Carrot Puree. For the adventurous – the Veal Tongue was sensational. For those who prefer a tamer plate – the Carrot Puree served with rustic bakery lavash was absolutely exquisite.
The Scottish Salmon and Grilled Prime Beef Ribeye Cap acted as delicious continuations of our meal. Accompanied by flavorsome sweet potatoes and Malibu onion rings, the Ribeye was tender, seasoned nicely, and cooked well. The Scottish Salmon was served with ravishing heirloom beets, fried shallots, and curried lime.
For the finale, the night was completed with a rich Chocolate Espresso Tart, and the pièce de résistance: a heavenly Butterscotch Pudding paired with pecan shortbread.
Whether getting a post-shopping lunch or a family meal, Farmshop turns fresh and seasonal ingredients into refined dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the restaurant is sure to please.
