Location Managers Guild of America nominations released

Location managers for films such as “Nightcrawler,” “The Imitation Game” and “The Grand Budapest Hotel” were among those nominated Wednesday for Location Managers Guild of America Awards.

The awards honor the work of location professionals and their “importance to the process of movie making.”

Nominations for contemporary films went to location managers for “Chef,” “Gone Girl,” “Nightcrawler,” “The Gambler” and “Wild.”

For period films, nominations went to “Fury,” “Inherent Vice,” “Selma,” “The Grand Budapest Hotel” and “The Imitation Game.”

Winners will be announced during a March 7 awards ceremony at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills.
