The Los Angeles Dodgers will conduct Clippers Night at Tuesday evening’s interleague game against the Minnesota Twins at Dodger Stadium with a special menu item and ticket package.
“Lob City Fries” are french fries topped with braised short ribs, garlic aioli with beef gravy and jack cheese. They will be available in concession stands in Section 10 on the Field Level and Section 32 on the Reserve Level.
The Dodgers are offering a special ticket package, which includes a T- shirt with the Dodgers’ LA logo in the Clippers blue and red colors and is available at Dodgers.com/Clippers.
The Military Hero of the Game is Rodolfo “Rudy” Bello who enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1969 and fought in Vietnam.
The June winners of the Dodgers Reading Champions Challenge will be honored during pregame ceremonies:
— Max Lopez Murillo from Jefferson Elementary School, who read 4,750 minutes;
— Daniel Park from Lincoln Elementary School, who read 2,115 minutes;
— Kimberly Olmedo from Sunland Elementary School, who read 1,035 minutes; and
— Shelby Solomon from Open Magnet Charter School, who read 961 minutes
The Dodgers Reading Champions program seeks to motivate students from first through eighth grades to read and help them build a lifelong love of reading. It rewards students who record more than 30 reading minutes per day.
