Loosen your belts and open up your wallet – the much anticipated Beverly Hills Culinary Week is here.

More than 50 Beverly Hills restaurants, hotels, and retail stores will offer culinary experiences and food and beverage specials during Beverly Hills Culinary Week running today through Friday, April 8.

The 5-day event is an invitation to all Southern Californians and tourists to experience one of the most famous culinary destinations in the world. Avec Nous, the new contemporary French bistro located adjacent to L’Ermitage Beverly Hills with acclaimed Executive Chef Olivier Quignon at the helm, will host the official kick-off today at 7pm with a complimentary signature pork rillette and crostini for all guests who mention Culinary Week.

Beverly Hills is home to nearly 500 restaurants and such renowned celebrity chefs as Giacomino Drago, Thomas Keller, Nobu Matsuhisa, Wolfgang Puck, and Curtis Stone — whose restaurants are featured in Culinary Week along with 208 Rodeo, Caulfield’s Bar at the SIXTY Hotel, Circa55 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Comoncy, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Il Fornaio, Il Pastaio, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Nirvana, Ocean Prime, Palm Restaurant, Porta Via, The Grill on the Alley, Via Alloro, and numerous others.

Restaurants will offer unique culinary experiences and specials that range from wine and spirit tastings and chef tables to prix fixe dinners and discounts on entire menus and bottles of wine. Participating retail stores will have special late hours for diners with culinary-related specials.

Dysh is the official dining app of culinary week and allows users to discover the best food and drink in Beverly Hills. In addition to the culinary promotions, diners will have a chance to win a cruise for two to the Dominican Republic courtesy of Fathom Travel. To enter to win, diners must use the hashtag #fathomtravelsbhcw at one of the restaurants participating in Culinary Week when they post their food photos on Dysh app (April 4-8). For eligibility and the terms and conditions, see  www.Dyshapp.com/bhcw.

Nespresso will celebrate Culinary Week by having celebrity barista and “Dancing with the Stars” Season 18 Champion, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, making espresso for guests on Thursday, April 7 from 10am-Noon. Maksim will be revealing the secret ingredient he puts in his coffee to stay in shape, on Dysh app at the event.

“Culinary Week is an invitation to food lovers everywhere to experience Beverly Hills. The finest restaurants in the world are here with virtually every global cuisine imaginable, and in every price range. Our Culinary Week specials are the perfect opportunity for people who don’t know Beverly Hills to discover what we’re all about,” said Todd Johnson, president and CEO of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Culinary Week is being presented by the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Beverly Hills. Avec Nous at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills are the event’s official sponsors.

Details on all participating restaurants and businesses are available at www.BHCulinaryWeek.com.
