A man who allegedly spray-painted anti-vaccination graffiti in the Beverly Hills area and on freeway onramps along Interstate 10 is scheduled to be arraigned today on three felony vandalism charges.
Marlon Brian Andrino, 28, of Ontario, allegedly tagged the message “4 Every Kid Afflicted A Public Figure Will Die SB277” at West Hollywood City Hall, the Beverly Hills Visitors Center and on freeway onramps July 1, according to prosecutors.
SB277, which was signed last month by Gov. Jerry Brown, removes all exemptions to vaccine requirements for school entry, except those medically indicated.
Andrino — who surrendered July 2 to Beverly Hills police — is scheduled to appear at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles.
If convicted of the three charges, he could face up to four years and four months in county jail, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
