USC tight end Randall Telfer and linebacker J.R. Tavai and UCLA defensive back Anthony Jefferson and offensive lineman Malcolm Bunche have been chosen to play in the fourth annual NFLPA Collegiate Bowl Jan. 17 at StubHub Center, organizers announced Friday.
Telfer caught 21 passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns in 2014, starting 12 of 13 games.
Tavai, a former Mira Costa High standout, made 53 tackles in 2014, starting nine game. He received Linebacker of the Week honors from the College Football Performance Awards for his five tackles, 4 1/2 for losses and a forced fumble in the regular-season concluding 49-14 victory over Notre Dame.
Jefferson made 72 tackles and one interception.
