An 8-inch water main ruptured in the Palms area this morning, leaving up to 20 customers without water while crews make repairs, a Department of Water and Power spokeswoman said.
The break was reported at 4 a.m. on National Boulevard between Sepulveda Boulevard and Bentley Avenue, said DWP’s Terry Schneider.
“We have shut off the water and about 10 to 20 customers are affected,” Schneider said.
Crews were en route to make repairs, she said. There was no estimated time for completion.
