A course taught through LAUSD entitled WORLD ISSUES allows you to air your displeasure with the current state of affairs now sweeping the nation and the world. It also encourages the examination of current world issues in the light of historical influences. We investigate and discuss local and national events, international events, the global economy, as well as arts, sports, entertainment, science and technology, religion, people and life styles. Only $10 per semester. We are located at the newly remodeled University Synagogue on 11960 Sunset Blvd. (between Bundy and Barrington) Call 310-472-1255 or the instructor Larry Butler 310-832-7806.
