R.E.A.D. (Reading Education Assistance Dogs) Dogs

R.E.A.D. – and one bunny – continues its work helping students learn to read at Westside libraries and elementary schools. What could be better for a child than reading aloud to a non-judgmental listener, one who cuddles close, offers an occasional kiss, and listens patiently without interrupting?  Over the past two years, more than 100 children have read to Lily and the other pet listeners.
