Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys will be coaches on the NBC singing competition “The Voice” for its fall season, replacing Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams, the network announced tonight.
Williams will return in a future season, pending his schedule.
Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will return as coaches for the fall season, the show’s 11th, which will begin in September.
Cyrus is a key adviser this season and Keys was a mentor on the fall 2014 season.
“The musical expertise and energy these two incredibly talented women will bring to the show is remarkable,” said Paul Telegdy, NBC Entertainment’s president, alternative and late night programming.
