The Los Angeles Dodgers are asking fans to bring their gently used clothing and shoes to Dodger Stadium today in connection with the team’s annual Christian Faith Day.

The clothing and shoes will be donated to Dream Center, which seeks to address immediate and long-term needs in homelessness, hunger, poverty, addiction, education and human trafficking.

Dodgers Clayton Kershaw, Adrian Gonzalez, A.J. Ellis and Scott Van Slyke will share their personal testimonies on faith following the game against the Cincinnati Reds. The five-brother contemporary Christian group The Katinas will give a postgame performance and sing the national anthem before the game.

As with all Sunday home games except the final one, the Dodgers will conduct their Viva Los Dodgers family-friendly festival. Musical entertainment will be provided by Mariachi Flor De Toloache and Quitapenas.

Mickey Hatcher, an outfielder-infielder on the Dodger’ 1988 World Series championship team, will sign autographs from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Viva Los Dodgers.

Viva Los Dodgers begins at 11 a.m. and is held at Dodger Stadium’s 76 station.

Al Downing, who was selected by the staff of The Sporting News as the National League’s Comeback Player of the Year in 1971 when he had a 20-9 record in his first season with the Dodgers after going 5-13 with two teams in 1970, will sign autographs in the left field pavilion from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Entertainer Johnny Knoxville will throw the ceremonial first pitch.

The first 40,000 fans in attendance will receive a spray bottle with a fan.

Auto gates will open at 10:40 a.m. and stadium gates at 11:10 a.m. Pregame ceremonies will begin at 12:55 p.m. for the 1:10 p.m. game.
