With major concerns about a retreat from international environmental protections and possible job loss in the U.S., Los Angeles City Councilmember Paul Koretz along with representatives from business, unions, communities of faith, and environmental groups such as Food & Water Watch and Sierra Club, will hold aFriday, June 12 conference to call on LA Congressional leaders to stop the fast track of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, and institute transparency and strong environmental and labor protections into the process.
