Former “Baywatch” actor Jeremy Jackson, who portrayed David Hasselhoff’s son Hobie on the hit TV show for several years, was arrested on suspicion of assault over the weekend, authorities said Monday.
Jackson, 34, was taken into custody Saturday and booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Drake Madison.
Jackson, who was booked under the name of Jeremy Jackson Dunn, was released after posting $30,000 bail, according to the sheriff’s department.
An LAPD detective told the Los Angeles Times that Jackson allegedly stabbed a man in the Westlake area on Friday and fled. The victim identified his attacker to police as “Hobie,” the name of Jackson’s character on the hit TV show, the detective said.
