A husband-and-wife from Glendale was announced Wednesday as participants in “The Great Halloween Fright Fight,” an ABC special where six among six families will compete to make the greatest haunted Halloween displays.
Chris and Jeana were described by ABC as professional set decorators who use their Hollywood know-how to construct an entirely new haunted facade in front of their house every Halloween.
They plan to have a traditional haunted house design, complete with coffins custom fit for the judges Michael Moloney and Sabrina Soto.
Last names were not released.
The participants were chosen through an extensive nationwide search, based on their previous elaborate Halloween displays, according to ABC.
The winners will receive $50,000.
“The Great Halloween Fright Fight,” is produced by FremantleMedia North America which also produced “The Great Christmas Light Fight.” It will air from 8-9 p.m. on Oct. 28.
