Chicago Bulls forward Ronnie Brewer pleaded not guilty on June 11 to DUI charges stemming from a February traffic stop in the Beverly Hills area.
Brewer is charged with one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and driving with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.08 percent, according to Deputy District Attorney Karine Fong.
The case, filed May 12, includes an allegation that Brewer’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.15 percent or above, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Brewer — who entered his not guilty plea through an attorney — was pulled over on Feb. 19 near Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
