Let your imagination take flight… at the 3rd Annual Santa Monica Open House on Saturday, September 21, 2013 12:00pm – 5:00pm. Admission and parking are both free.
Santa Monica Airport (SMO) SMO welcomes the community to enjoy a free, fun-filled day exploring the airport’s campus, offering a diverse range of attractions and experiences for the entire family.
The community is invited to take a self-guided tour of the campus, with stops at the Museum of Flying, vintage aircraft displays, Santa Monica Airport Observation Decks, mini-bus tours of the airfield, “Cans-to Canvas†hands-on kids’ paint reuse workshop, an art exhibition at the Santa Monica Art Studios, and Airport Park recreational area. Delicious food trucks and City of Santa Monica local water stations will be on hand.
