GO GREEN EXPO COMES TO LOS ANGELES

The Los Angeles Convention Center will host the Go Green Expo January 23rd to 25th, launching a four city tour.   Nearly 200 exhibitors will feature the latest in energy efficient and environmentally friendly products and services.   Expo attendees will be presented with the opportunity to explore a wide variety of special interests, including green business options, innovative home & building solutions, electronics, energy conservation, hybrid cars, organic food, cutting edge health and beauty, fashion, and a wide array of items for children.

Opening day keynote speaker will be renowned environmentalist and actor Ed Begley Jr.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from leaders on a wide variety of eco-minded subjects, including Greg Wendt of the Green Business Network on sustainable investing,  best-selling authors Josh Dorfman and Julie Edelman, actress Mariel Hemingway on how to create a healthy lifestyle, Darren Moore of Ecovations on Eco-Friendly remodeling, and Raw Organic Chef Bryan Au on food choices to save your health and the environment. Visionary couture and eco-designer Linda Loudermilk will be present to speak about fashion.  Loudermilk has spearheaded the creation of luxury eco fashion that takes environmental living to an entirely new level.

There will also be an eco-film festival with a special screening of Sundance Award Winner “FUEL†on Friday, January 23rd at 5:00 pm.   The film’s director Josh Tickell will be present for a full panel discussion afterwards.
