A woman was robbed of cellular phones and a wallet in a home-invasion robbery in Venice, police said today.
The robbery occurred in the woman’s apartment on 24th Avenue, by Venice City Beach, around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, Los Angeles police Lt. Daniel Gonzales said.
The robber, aged in his early-to-mid 20s, was armed with a handgun, and escaped with two phones and a wallet, although it was not known if the wallet contained any cash, Gonzales said.
The victim was not hurt, Gonzales said.
