Police on Friday circulated images of a suspect who seriously injured a man during a fight in Hollywood.
The suspect, who investigators described as a 30- to 35-year-old man, got into a fight with the victim in an alley at Orange Drive and Hollywood Boulevard, outside the Roosevelt Hotel, about 2:55 a.m. on Nov. 1, said Sgt. Leanne Hoffman of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Station.
Hoffman estimated that the victim is 39 years old.
“The suspect punched the victim several times on the face and body and kicked the victim’s head, causing serious injuries. The suspect then fled eastbound towards Highland Avenue,” according to a police statement.
The suspect was described as Latino, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 to 190 pounds with tattoos covering his back and arms. He was wearing military-style black pants and boots and a dark-colored watch on his left wrist, police said.
