The Malibu Senior Center will be hosting “Relax Through Coloring,” on Wednesday, June 28, from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Malibu Senior Center.
Did you know that coloring helps relieve stress? By focusing on coloring, one is not thinking about the worries of daily life. The act of coloring activates different areas of the brain using logic and creativity when coloring forms and mixing and matching colors. Spend an afternoon coloring and learn about how colors affect your mood and energy.
