New York-based developer Monday Properties is expanding to the West Coast, and opening its first offices in Century City.
The office will be headed up by new Managing Partner Phil Cyburt who will help the company acquire properties from Southern California to Seattle, reports Bisnow.
Cyburt said, “We’re going to hit the ground running. We want to be focused and strategic. We’re working through where we should be and the strategy of what we want to chase. We have capital and we have the ability to chase large transactions.”
